Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible in assisting the Shops Supervisor for stock ordering.
  2. Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with Shops Supervisor and advised  from the Buyer (from NFR Department).
  3. Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors.
  4. Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data for C-Store’s product.
  5. Working closely with visual-display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize sales.
  6. Ensure the store full of merchandise accordance to planogram all the time.
  7. Ensure non out of stock matter at store level.
  8. Ensure the shops merchandise neatly and clean all the time.
  9. Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
  10. Ensure proper receiving of products from supplier (accordance to the SOP).
  11. Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
  12. Gathering information on customers' reactions to products.
  13. Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees; answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
  14. Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
  15. Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory; observing inventory levels; prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
  16. Helps field sales representatives with special promotions by setting-up displays at aisle ends; checking daily on special promotions; observing customer reaction to special promotions; forwarding observations to management; removing promotions at end of special promotion period and also removing expiry product from the Shelves.
  17. Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
  18. Cleaning.

The Role & Responsibilities of the Petrol Salesman-Petrol Station assigned to one of our major client  Oil Marketing Company, include but not limited to:


  1. Shift.
    1. Be punctual and come before 15 min of Shift starting.
    2. Collect Shift Reading/ Sales Sheet before staring duty, clearly write Shift Opening Reading.
    3. Handover Shift Reading/ Sales Sheet to Site Manager at the time of closing, clearly write Shift Closing Reading.
    4. Credit Sales is allowed only to Customer who has Oman Oil Fuel Cards.
    5. No Credit Sales is allowed to other customers who does not have Oman Oil Fuel Card.
    6. No Cash Shortage is allowed at Station even single BAISA.
    7. Staff must submit Shift report at the time of closing his shift with all credit slips and cash according to sales.


  1. Sales and Cash Handling.
    1. Ensuring the accuracy of all meter readings from meter.
    2. Ensuring the accuracy of daily cash/credit sales, collections and revalues
    3. Ensuring shift sheets are properly completed & filed. 
    4. Arranging Cash & Credit Sales Slips at the time of shift closing with Shift Reading/ Sales Sheet and hand over to the Site Manager.


  1. Inspection, Cleaning & Customer Service.
    1. Following the good housekeeping procedures provided by the concerning authorities.
    2. Wear neat & clean uniform, cash bag, name badge, cape and black shoes according to the standard of assigning Oil Marketing Company.
    3. Keeping the office, forecourt area, washrooms clean and organized.
    4. Inform to the concern authorities if any required maintenance
    5. Keeping the compressor and electrical room clean
    6. Inform to the concern authorities about any problems or requesting any necessary assistance.
  2. Any other tasks or other responsibilities related to the Job will be provided by the concerning authorities after joining.
